“I thought I’d write you a short note but a huge Thank You for the great job your crew has done in my basement.  When I saw all the water, I thought I would have a stroke or heart attack.  I didn’t know what to do, your crew came and was great and I can’t thank them enough.  I also want to thank Anthony and Connie and because of them I managed to live through this disaster.
